As Taylor Parrino herself grew up in her idea of a “perfect home”, she hoped the same for others. However, she knew the struggles of finding the ideal home, according to one’s needs and requirements. So thus, Taylor embarked on the journey to help all those around her in finding the home of their dreams.
Taylor’s perfect home belonged in New Jersey where she was raised by her amazing family. There were beautiful beaches 10 minutes East of her house, and a gorgeous farmland 10 minutes West of her. Thus, her “perfect home” was amidst a breathtaking area.
While Taylor grew up, her parents always pushed her to not just work hard, but also work smart. As a result, no matter what had to be done, she put all her efforts and thoughts into it. Eventually, this approach sparked the entrepreneur inside Taylor. Even when she was working at a stable job, she would try out new ventures and experiment with her ideas as a side hustle. That being so, Taylor decided to combine her passion for helping others find their dream home with her entrepreneurial skills and entered the world of real estate.
After graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership, with summa cum laude, Taylor obtained her NJ Real Estate License in 2013 and then also obtained a series 7 stockbroker license. Thus, once she became a certified real estate agent, she started operating her business focusing primarily on South Florida residential luxury properties and condos. Taylor believed that her work required honesty and 100% genuineness with whoever she came in contact with. Consequently, she made sure to operate her business with the highest degree of integrity so that she can deliver world class service and build long lasting relationships with everyone she meets!
Even though the work of a real estate agent might seem easy at first, it is no doubt a very difficult task. As Taylor strives to maintain her quality of work, she has to continuously struggle day and night to help people search for their dream homes. Moreover, when it comes to a seller selling a home, she needs to make it her top priority so that the seller is satisfied as well. Thus, Taylor believes that while it ain’t easy to keep growing in this business, the key to succeeding is to never give up!
