Andrea Samantha’s sales prowess, alongside her ability to inspire people, is nothing short of remarkable. A top income earner at Monat global, she prides herself at successfully overcoming the challenges life has thrown her way so far. Andrea made sure not to let her troubled past define her authenticity as an individual. She led the way forward through grit and passion, carving out a future with endless possibilities in store for her.
Having started her career as a hairstylist at an Aveda salon, Andrea quickly acquired know-how on how to maximise sales and build her clientele further. She soon set up her own wedding and makeup business after seeing herself grow tremendously in a professional capacity. “Being a hairstylist I was commission based, so I’ve always had to be on my game to grow my clientele and be the base to maintain them. I’m a creative so I’ve dabbled on Etsy and had my own wedding hair and makeup business before starting MONAT in direct sales.”
Her career trajectory completely took a 180 degree turn when she joined Monat global. In her four years there, she achieved a momentous milestone by earning one million in commissions which soon landed her a spot on the million-dollar club earners’ list. From there onwards, there was no looking back for Andrea. She was more determined than ever to guide people looking to make a mark in the sales world. As a private coach, she uses her social media to promote her brand and train her team of thousands to become top sales performers. This way, Andrea has also been able to establish several streams of income that reduce her financial burden and allow her to manage her time effectively.
Andrea has drawn up a list of new goals she hopes to achieve in the coming years or so. One of those includes becoming a public speaker on overcoming trauma. In addition, Andrea also wants to coach companies on the different ways through which team spirit can be fostered among workers. She believes in strengthening the sources that contribute significantly in boosting revenue and nurturing a healthy working environment.
According to her, “success loves speed,” which in other words for her means not giving up. She adds: “I make goals and don’t give up until I get there. I’m passionate about what I do and don’t hold back.” Doing the opposite, she believes, undoes all the years of hard work and progress- depriving one of the successes they could’ve achieved otherwise.
