Arthur Baranovskiy has always been a high achiever and go-getter. His accomplishments in life are substantial proof of that.
In the spring of 2019, Baranovskiy graduated with a degree in electrical power engineering and a minor in mathematics from Washington State University. While finishing his degree, he worked at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Battery 500 Consortium (advanced electrochemical R&D), with publishings in the Energy and Environmental Science Journal.
At the age of 22, he became the youngest adjunct professor at Columbia Basin College, where he now is the instructor for Architectural Design, Mechanical Design, and Advanced 3D Modeling. Arthur has also attained two certificates from the Harvard Business School in Negotiation Mastery and Management Essentials.
Although Baranovskiy’s academic track record is impressive, he had a different career path in his sight. For as long as he could remember, Baranovskiy’s most significant interest remained in starting, scaling, and running businesses. A firm believer in the power of pursuing passions, he tapped into his inner entrepreneurial spirit as a senior in high school, when he started his first company.
After five years of initiating various ventures, mini-businesses, and going back and forth with different ideas, he managed to help scale three of his startups; Gentleman’s Luxury Products, TC Clean, and AYB Drafting. The first 2 companies were scaled and eventually sold, but AYB Drafting is alive and thriving with updated professional services and a more prominent banner name, ARY Engineering. At the age of 24, with so much earned and accomplished, Arthur is full of passion and ambition to rise further, establish more in his personal life, and leave a lasting impact on the world.
The engineer-entrepreneur serves as a source of inspiration and admiration for today’s youth. Determined, enthusiastic, and driven by passion, Baranovskiy yearns to grow his business and prove his skills as a leader. He says, “The greatest challenges in the world are not with technical issues, but with the human aspect. I would like to become the best leader of people that I can be, to help tackle the technical challenges with those that share my perspective.” It is true that technical skills can only take you so far. Having a powerful growth-oriented mindset, a knack for solving problems, and proven managerial qualities, Baranovskiy’s role as the Chief Operations Officer of ARY Engineering has proven to be highly fruitful.
An avid follower of leading figures throughout history like Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, Philip II, Napoleon, Steve Jobs, and others, Arthur aspires not just to grow personal wealth but also aims to position himself as a leader of thought, extending his influence to support startups and be a source of guidance for budding entrepreneurs. He believes in passing on his gifts to others and playing his part in transforming lives.
