All over the world, the opportunities for women to lead financially secure and fulfilling lives are limited. Call it the deep-rooted misogyny, social constructs, or governmental legislation, the fact remains that for further development and progression, women’s empowerment is mandatory.
Hollyann Carroll, former Miss Canada Tourism and real-estate agent is working tirelessly to empower young women to unleash their potential and build their self-confidence to lead their lives with all the greatness they are destined for.
How Holly is creating an impact?
Hollyann’s achievement as Miss Canada Tourism 2017-18 opened up the doors to philanthropy and social services. It not only allowed her to represent her country internationally with her drop-dead gorgeous looks but also identify with the souls of women around her and help them build up what was broken. According to her, “It allowed me to represent my country with pride. I gave the entire time I was crowned volunteering all over for charities to support cancer, women’s shelters, easter seals, special Olympics homeless shelters, and more.”
After her reign was over, her passion or determination to help uplift the women did not dissolve with the title. She founded a company with the name, “Finding The Beauty Within” which is entirely focused on helping young women navigate through the challenges of life, and help them discover their potential and purpose in life.
“I still want to continue on as a role model. I still feel that purpose to give back to women,”
The purpose of the workshops led by her company are solely prepared to empower young women and help them build their self-confidence so they could lead financially and emotionally secure lives in the future. Holly describes her work and says,
“Some of the topics I cover are self-care, self-love, learning how to carry yourself as a woman, how to use your feminine energy respectfully and receive respect from others, nutrition, how to become a better friend, girlfriend, daughter, sister, and even a mother one day. These workshops are built to find these girls beauty within, purpose, talent, and confidence.”
Appearance is only a part of a women’s existence and not the only thing. Holly firmly believes in the beauty of feminine energy that shines from the inside and can be channeled to enable a woman to conquer all areas of life. Hollyann’s accomplishment as a real estate agent and her special skills in helping people make valuable purchases is an example of how a woman can excel in whatever she sets her mind to. She aims to help the young girls not just dream a dream, but conquer them and be the queens of their realms.
