An entrepreneur since May 2020, Karina Dharma started to coach women to travel solo and give them the mindset tools and confidence to prepare them. Alongside, Karina blogged about motivational and inspirational tips around traveling and was a solo female traveler for 6 years at that point.
A blog Karina wrote about breaking into the superyacht industry immediately had women reaching out to her asking her if she could mentor them on how to ditch their 9-5s and break into the industry to travel the world. Such a warm response made her shift from travel coaching (first 1:1 program) to yacht crew coaching (second 1:1 program).
In March 2021, Karina, very courageously, set the date to launch her very own first group mastermind for women looking to leave their 9-5s and break into yachting. She enrolled 5 women in that program and had a 15K launch. She also worked with 1:1 clients and soon set out to shift into helping women start their online businesses.
Soon after, Karina, after a few months of building up her new niche and authority as a spiritual business coach, working with a handful of 1:1 clients, launched her first Spiritual Business Mastermind called: Your Higher Self. It was October 2021 and she had a successful 30K launch with 10 beautiful soul-aligned women that joined.
Karina does not think and act like a typical business coach but infuses spirituality, mindset, and business strategy into her programs. She genuinely cares about her client’s transformation and has empathy for those that she serves.
She focuses on creating content that is of value and is magnetic. Women that are ready to leave the 9-5 grind and manifest and create the reality of their dreams are sure to get drawn by her messages.
Karina makes you believe that failures are only feedback, and pivoting or changing directions doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It’s an opportunity to learn and grow.
