Working as a law enforcement professional for over two decades taught many things to Patrick Fitzgibbons. He not only got a chance to enhance his knowledge but also got practical experience by working in the field. Thus, with a proper understanding of the profession, Patrick now wants to help as many people as he possibly can through his show, coaching, and speaking sessions.
6 years ago, Patrick started his podcast called “The Criminal Justice Evolution Podcast” through which he hoped to reach the young criminal justice professionals so that he could provide them with the knowledge and experience that he had gained over his 23-year journey. His show comprised multiple topics, covering a variety of areas in criminal justice. However, Patrick’s main focus was on inspiring and motivating his listeners instead of covering the problems in the criminal justice field. He believed that there was a need to help develop a proper mindset for future law enforcement professionals because a lot of first responders suffer from a variety of issues including self-doubt, depression, and PTSD. Thus, to encourage and empower these individuals, Patrick started building his podcast, which is now known as the “The No. 1 Criminal Justice Podcast”. Over the years, many guests were featured on his podcast that included people belonging to different fields like NY Times bestselling authors, entrepreneurs, military and law enforcement leaders, and influencers, actors, and private sector professionals. Thus, together with these people, Patrick discusses a range of topics on criminal justice as well as ideas related to leadership, use of force, and self-care.
Since Patrick’s focus is on empowering struggling individuals, he also uses his expertise to provide one-on-one counseling sessions to all those facing different life challenges. Through “E.V.O.L.V.E Coaching by Patrick Fitzgibbons”, he has enabled his help on a variety of problems including issues related to productivity, time management, career development, self-confidence, relationships, trauma, and many other challenges that an individual faces on a regular routine. Moreover, apart from private sessions, Patrick also caters to a large group audience through his speaking engagement sessions where he loves to talk about everything related to law enforcement, leadership, and business. As a result, Patrick’s sessions provide a positive approach and promote strategic thinking skills that eventually help his clients develop long term solutions and sustainability in life.
Thus, after a lot of hard work, Patrick has come a long way on his mission to help others. Now as he further wishes to build and grow his brand, he hopes to reach more listeners and eventually, make money while pursuing his passions.
